BINSA’s Management defines this Quality Policy as the main axis of its Quality Management System. Founded in 1983 in Sant Feliu de Llobregat and currently with 5,000 m² facilities our activity is divided into three business units:
- Distribution of own brand of VINCKE product range as well as the other brands we represent
- Hydraulic solutions focused on the design and manufacture of hydraulic power units, compact power packs and specialized technical support to our clients.
- Industrial retail supply
At BINSA, quality is defined as a permanent and priority reference to achieve full client satisfaction with personalized technical advice with the aim of finding the best solutions to client needs
Our mission is to maintain and strengthen our leadership as a distributor of oil-hydraulic solutions at a national and international level. Our priority objective is to be a benchmark company in the market, as well as to consolidate our own brand VINCKE worldwide, a benchmark for both product and service quality.
We consider that one of the main keys to achieving our objectives is the involvement and commitment of the human team that makes up BINSA. To do this, BINSA’s Management undertakes to provide the necessary resources and to develop this Quality Policy as well as to monitor both its effectiveness and its efficiency.
The full satisfaction of our clients is another of the pillars of BINSA, either by supplying high quality products or by offering personalized and specialized technical-commercial advice.
At BINSA we believe that compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to all of our activity should not be an obstacle, but rather an opportunity to separate ourselves from competitors, therefore our commitment is total.
We do not understand a Quality Management System without a clear focus on the continuous improvement of processes, products or services, for this reason BINSA’s Management encourages and promotes the continuous search for technical solutions with the aim of being at the forefront in matters relating to machinery and integral solutions.
